Barn Smith offers a 30 day return policy on most purchases.

Non-custom items and items with standard finish types may be returned subject to the following conditions:

  1. You must call and obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number
  2. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging

  3. All items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date (no items can be returned after 30 days)

  4. All products returned for reasons other than their being damaged or faulty (e.g. ordering the wrong model, finish, or quantity) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, with a minimum charge of $5.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or missing parts, you must notify us within 48 hours to make a claim.

Of course we’ll try to send missing parts as soon as possible.  Please also note the following:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped
  • Canceling an order after it has shipped requires you to follow the standard return policies
  • Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging
  • If the original order was shipped free of charge then we will deduct our shipping costs from the original amount.

Refund Process

Within the United States:

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

International:

Please allow 3-4 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. Depending on your bank, it may take 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
